Contact data (name, email, phone); enquiry data (motorcycle and engine category, rental period, pick-up point, deposit, insurance, handover records); technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited).
3. Purposes
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare rental terms under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV, meet legal duties and prevent fraud. Consent-based processing follows the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection”, Закон України № 2297-VI «Про захист персональних даних».
