Eligibility

Minimum age 21; A-category licence held at least two years; passport or ID at pickup. Named rider only; helmet and protective equipment mandatory.

Deposit and insurance

Refundable deposit stated in the booking; paid or blocked before pickup; released within 5 business days of return, less damage, fuel, fines or late-return charges. Cover includes third-party liability and damage/theft cover stated in the booking; excess shown before payment. Cover is void for unauthorised riders, alcohol or drugs, racing, off-road use or unauthorised cross-border travel. Cross-border travel requires our written consent.

Fuel, mileage, cancellation

Full tank on pickup and return; missing fuel charged at the posted rate plus a refuelling fee. Mileage limits and excess rates are in the booking. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup; later cancellation and no-shows charged as booked.

Fines, damage, handover

Rider is responsible for fines, tolls and penalties and for damage under the signed handover record. Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV (Tsyvilnyi kodeks Ukrainy No. 435-IV) applies. Pickup and return at the agreed time and place; condition, fuel and mileage recorded together. Late return charged as booked; return in the same condition with all equipment.
