A handover you can read, sign, and keep.

Every touring motorcycle leaves our Kyiv workshop with a dated condition record. We inspect the same points with you, record the measurements in writing, and both sides sign before the keys change hands.

Walkaround with the record open
We start at the front wheel and work around the bike in the same order every time. You see each check and the field it goes into.

Measurements read aloud
Front tire, rear tire, brake pads, and chain slack are measured and written into the checklist. Nothing is estimated from memory.

Damage and equipment noted
Existing marks, panniers, mounts, and included gear are listed line by line. You add anything we missed before signing.

Two signatures, one dated copy
Rider and custodian sign the same sheet. You keep a copy, and the rental file keeps the original dated record.

Rental requirements

What we verify before a key changes hands

These conditions apply to every motorcycle in the fleet. They are checked at the counter and written onto the same handover sheet that carries the dated condition record.

Rider licence: A valid category A or A2 licence held for at least two years, matched to the engine class you select. The original card is checked at handover, and an International Driving Permit is recommended for riders arriving from outside Ukraine.
Age and experience: 23 years minimum for 300–500cc and 500–700cc machines, 25 years for 700–1200cc. We also ask about recent touring mileage, since engine class alone does not describe how a bike behaves loaded and two-up.
Security deposit: Blocked on a card at handover and released after the return inspection. The amount follows engine class and rental duration, and both figures are printed on the handover sheet before you ride away.
Insurance: Coverage is quoted by type, never as a blanket promise. Third-party liability meets the minimum required in Ukraine. An optional damage waiver is offered with its excess stated in writing, and damage outside the selected coverage stays with the rider.
Fuel and mileage: Tank full at handover, returned full. The daily mileage allowance is written on the sheet, and distance beyond it is charged per kilometre at the rate shown there.
Fines, tolls, damage: Fines, tolls and any damage not covered by the selected insurance are the rider's responsibility. We hand over the written and photographic evidence you need to settle them.
Availability: Every machine reads either "Available for inquiry" or "Waitlist". Neither is a reservation. Confirmation is issued in writing once your documents are verified.
