Before you contract, we provide clear information on the service, price, rental terms, conditions and the complaint procedure, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII “On Consumer Protection”. Rental terms identify the motorcycle, engine category, rental period, price, deposit, insurance, equipment condition and handover record, and liability, in line with the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV. Offers and advertising are accurate and identifiable under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР “On Advertising”. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection”; see our Privacy Policy.

Send complaints to contact@peakocsummit.com or call +380 669 645 9715. We reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to court under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII “On Consumer Protection”.
