These Terms govern your use of peakocsummit.com and motorcycle rental services arranged through it. By using the site or ordering, you accept them. Seller: peakocsummit.com, LLC, code 61549866.

Information before you order

We give clear information on the service, price, rental terms, conditions and complaints under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII “On Consumer Protection”, and identify our legal name, location, contacts and registration details under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII “On Electronic Commerce”.

Rental terms

Each rental identifies the motorcycle, engine category, period, price, deposit, insurance, condition, handover record and liability under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV. You must hold the correct licence, inspect the motorcycle and return it as agreed.

Acceptable use and advertising

Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, submit false details or use content commercially without permission. Advertising must be accurate and not misleading about price, availability, rental terms or equipment quality under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR “On Advertising”.

Intellectual property

Text, images, branding and content are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal use only. No other reproduction, distribution or modification is permitted without written consent.

Personal data, cookies and liability

We process personal data and use cookies and trackers under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection”, obtaining consent where required. See our Privacy Policy. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law; to the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or events beyond our control. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
